Shakti of the New Aeon, magician Dion Fortune taught the mysteries through direct teachings in her order, the esoteric books she wrote and most importantly in the codes founds within her evocative novels. Two major rituals underpinning the philosophy of the novels were the Rite of Isis and the Rite of Pan, performed by Fortune as an act of ushering in a new age returning the old gods in new ways. Her writing and ritual poetry catalyzes something powerful and initiatory within our souls. We honor this ancestor of magick looking at these mythic themes in her life and work, and use the evocations and imagery found in Moon Magic, The Goat-Foot God, and The Sea Priestess for our own visionary working. The $40 workshop fee goes directly to support the Temple’s barn-renovation fund. Limited Space.
