Recognize these connections and call upon the Ancestors of Flesh & Blood; Milk & honey; Bone & Stone; Bread & Breath; Spirit & Soul; the Forgotten Ones; and the Mighty Dead. Make offerings of incense, red wine, milk with honey, simple food, bread, white wine, water, and distilled liquor. Make peace with disquiet ancestors and embrace the beloved dead. Ask for the aid, blessing, protection, inspiration, wisdom, freedom, and empowerment.
